How does the transaction appear on my bank statement?

Under the descriptor VANESSACALL.COM (or similar, depending on your bank). If you have any doubt about a charge, contact us with the date and amount.

Can I get a refund?

Calls performed are not refundable, the service being consumed in real time. Only manifestly erroneous charges (technical issue proven to have prevented the service from functioning) may be refunded, upon motivated request.

The call did not work, will I be charged?

You are only charged for calls that actually went through. If a technical issue prevented your call from starting, contact us and we will look into your request.

How do I remove my registered card?

Send us an email with your request. We will remove your payment method within a few days and confirm by reply.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

If a charge failed (insufficient funds, blocked card, etc.) while a call did take place, the amount corresponding to the minutes consumed remains due. We will automatically retry the charge. You can also contact us to settle the situation.
